Kenai Construction was founded in Portland, Oregon in 2014 by a builder with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. The name comes from Alaska, where our founder spent years sharpening his skills before relocating to the Pacific Northwest. That background gave us a work ethic and attention to detail that shows up on every job.

What started as a love of building and real estate grew into a full-service construction company serving homeowners and property managers across the Portland metro area and beyond. Over the years, we have built a team of specialists, each one focused on a specific trade. You get a roofer who does roofing, a tile setter who does tile, and a carpenter who does carpentry. No generalists cutting corners.
