Bryan and his team did a great job painting my house. I received multiple quotes; I chose Kenai because I felt they listened to me and shared the aesthetic of the job. When it was done, I was really happy. My house looked brand new! Bryan paid attention to the small details, and it felt great to see a bright, clean house every time I came home.

Brian has been great to work with. We started working with him when we had some mold issue and his team could help fix the exterior of the house. We already needed a roof so we utilized him for that next. Months later I realized there was some nails left on the roof and gave him a call. He said no issue he would have someone over to clean them off. His care for his workmanship goes even further than that as when we had some gutters added they called out some boots that needed replaced. I called him up and even though it had been a couple years he fixed the issues. He has painted our house helped added a back patio and is our go to builder.

Bryan and his team were very responsive. They spent a lot of time answering our questions and providing options. We were having a mystery leak around a window and after some exploration determined our roof was compromised. I felt great about their attention to detail, follow-up and invoicing process.

After multiple estimates I chose Kenai Construction because he was so helpful before I even asked for an estimate. My roof was leaking and he came and put a tarp down, cleaned out my gutters and did it just because he is kind. After meeting with other people, it was obvious that Brian was honest in his assessment and gave me a very fair price. He not only replaced my roof but also removed the rotting skylight, fixed my kitchen ceiling and put in recessed lighting. At the end of the project, my final bill was less than the estimate and that never happens! I highly recommend this company!

Kenai Constructions was responsible for rebuilding my house after a pipe in the attic burst. Main floor ceiling, Main Floor walls, Basement ceiling, Basement walls. Insulation, Drywall, mud, the works. Great job, reasonable pricing and on-time completion. Plus, Kenai brought snacks.
